Hi! I’m Alexandra I. Reyf. I know firsthand the challenge of feeling out of balance—mentally, physically, and spiritually—which is why I chose the path of holistic wellness. I have obtained my Master's in Somatic Psychotherapy, and am a certified Integrative Health Coach. I am also certified in Auricular Acu-Technician, which is a beautiful tool for bettering mental health and dealing with addictive habits. My passion lies in helping people navigate life’s complexities by uncovering the root causes of their struggles and guiding them toward lasting solutions rather than temporary fixes.
